Stan Yockey's first Australian trip will include a visit to Laang Speedway for the formula 500 race.
Yockey, 45, is excited to "check off one of the last goals in my racing career".
"It really is an honour to compete in the Ken Willsher Classic," he said.
"This has taken well over 20 years to make this reality to head down under.
"I have been semi-retired I guess you can say for several years, so I'm hoping to get some seat time in and knock off some rust in the next few weeks."
The Fresno California PMP Chassis manufacturer will buckle into the Mansell Motorsport PMP powered by a Jettco powerplant.
Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic competitors and current World of Outlaw drivers Carson Macedo and Cory Eliason were PMP Chassis drivers before moving into sprintcars.
"Darren and Jordan Mansell have given me a great opportunity to make this happen," Yockey said.
Yockey's achievements include entry in the Lemoore Raceway hall of fame, nine Outlaw nationals and more than 250 career wins.
