WESLEY-CBC coach Mark Evans says the drought-breaking division three premiership would not have ever been possible if not for the club's rising stars.

Evans' side chased down Russells Creek's total of 141 with eight wickets to spare to clinch the club's first Warrnambool and District Cricket Association division three flag since the 2010-11 season.
"Like most things sometimes in division three it's hard to get 11 and we have six or seven kids play at times," the 34-year-old said.
"To have a settled team going into the final series and it's not all about this team now it's probably all about the people who have played during the year that's got us the win."
Despite the unpredictable side, the Beavers still went through the season with only one loss. Evans credited variety as the key to the strong season.
"We had great variety with batting and bowling," the former 2006-07 division one premiership player said.
"We chopped and changed things up and it never got to stale with what we were doing."
Opening batsman Nic Bolden guided the Beavers home with a half-century and to claim man-of-the-match honours.
The 44-year-old, who was eventually dismissed for 52, said his performance was a surprise.
"This is my fourth (premiership) but they have all been lower grades because I'm a pretty average cricketer," he said.
"Most people here would be surprised I made any runs at all as I'm surprised because this is the first time I have gotten a medal for for being good in a final."
Evans said Bolden's performances had been building throughout the second half of the season.
"Nic has been fantastic for us and the last six or seven weeks he has played some really good cricket," he said.
"This was just normal for us as a team to see him do what he did."
