Will favourite Koroit Blue be victorious or will City Memorial Red steal the show?
All will be decided on Saturday afternoon when the teams meet at the Timboon Bowls Club from 1pm.
Koroit Blue's Peter Daly, who has played for the club for the past 11 years, said he was excited for the clash.
"I suppose on paper and form you could say we are the favourite but we're up against a club that Koroit highly respects and which has a lot of experience in finals," he said.
"We're looking forward to the challenge."
City Red's Wayne Hall said he expected a tight contest.
"There's not much between us and it's all about form on the day," he said.
"I'm sure Koroit are going to bring their best form and that's what we'll be hoping to bring."
It's City Red's chance to turn the tables after it lost to Koroit Blue by 10 shots in the first week of the finals at Terang Bowls Club.
Hill has played for City Red for a decade but he missed the team's last division one pennant success in the 2011-12 season.
City Memorial has five teams playing off in grand finals this weekend.
Warrnambool Gold had won the past six division one pennants but City Red beat them by 10 shots in the preliminary final to progress to the decider.
All the action will get underway at Timboon Bowls Club from 1pm on Saturday.
