South Warrnambool's Jay Rantall and Port Fairy's Josh Dwyer will run out against Dandenong Stingrays at Ballarat's Mars Stadium on Saturday.
Isaac Wareham (Terang Mortlake), Connor Hinkley (Koroit), James Cleaver (Hamilton Kangaroos), Connor Giddings (Portland), Toby Mahony (Camperdown), Mitch Burgess (Warrnambool) and South Warrnambool pair Liam Herbert and Isaac Thomas were also picked for the NAB League match.
The 26-player squad will be reduced to 24 before game day.

Rebels talent manager Phil Partington said Rantall and Dwyer had impressed in the pre-season and deserved their spots.
"Jay is a midfielder but can play anywhere," he said.
"He has a high workrate and likes to hunt the ball.
"Josh has had good trial games on a half-back flank intercepting marks.
"We've been really impressed with his ability to spoil and take the game on when he can.
"He is really enjoying his footy and working hard."
The Rebels will host a triple-header.
Their under 16 girls will play their round three match at 11am, their under 16 boys will run out at 1pm with bounce down for the under 18 boys' game 3pm.
Camperdown student Casey Willis will make her debut for the Rebels' under 18 girls team.
She joins fellow Hampden league export Renee Saulitis.
The under 16 boys side will be without Kolora-Noorat ruck prospect Sam Kenna who broke his ankle last weekend.
Partington said Kenna would "miss a fair chunk of the season which is disappointing".
"He's a tall ruck at already 192-193 centimetres and he's competitive," he said.
"It's a shame to see any boy or girl injured."
