Goalie Emma Stacey, 15, and defender Josie Allen, 18, played in the club's A reserve team last year and have been promoted.
The pair first played for Allansford together when Josie was 14 and Emma was 12 and they enjoy joking about their friendship
"Oh I wouldn't say friends," Josie said before they both burst into laughter.
Both responded with a resounding "yes" when asked if they yell out at each other on court.
"Hands up!" is Emma's go-to when dishing out advice to Josie.
Josie prefers a simple "Moooooove!"
But besides all the fun, the youngsters are excited to play their first season of A grade netball.
"I'm looking forward to it, it's going to be a challenge," Josie said.
"It'll be really fun, we've got a really good team this year.
"The social side is good, you get to meet so many people, and they are kind of your girls."
Josie won't just be new to the senior team, she will be captain.
"It's a new challenge in my first season," she said.
"I feel pretty honoured but scared at the same time."
Last year Emma took out the A reserve best and fairest and Josie was runner-up.
Allansford coach Bridget Foster said the young duo would be players to watch in her team this season.
"They're young and eager and happy to have a go," she said.
"They wouldn't be scared to play against top opposition.
"They're really versatile, I could probably put them anywhere to be honest.
"I'm very lucky."
Emma, 15, will also play as goal keeper for South Warrnambool's 17 and under team in the Hampden league this season.
The Emmanuel College student said she also played two matches each Saturday last year.
Meanwhile, Josie is a trainee at Warrnambool College.
The Cats face the Timboon Demons in the first round at Timboon.
Foster is optimistic about the season ahead and what her young team could achieve.
"I think we'll be very competitive," she said.
"We'll be young and fit.
"We're a very versatile team and I think that will hold us in good stead.
"I aim to have them all confident in playing any sort of position and combination."
Allansford finished eighth last season.
