Whittington defeated James Dougherty on Sunday in straight sets (6-2, 6-3) to progress to the final.
Meanwhile, Lasky overcame second seed Matt Hicks in straight sets, winning 6-4, 6-2.
Lasky is the tournament's number three seed.
In the women's singles, top seed Karen Filippou will play reigning champion Olivia Rich.
Filippou beat Nicole Mullen in straight sets (6-1, 6-2) to book her spot in the decider.
The women's final is scheduled for 9.15am and the men's final for 10.45am.
Warrnambool hope Eloise Swarbrick was knocked out of the women's singles competition in the first round on Saturday.
The teenager lost to Nicole Mullen in a three-set thriller, going down 7-6, 2-6, 7-6.
Swarbrick has progressed to the third round of the doubles with partner, Kate Maree Barnes.
