Grassmere finished on top of the ladder, Killarney second, Yambuk third and Hawkesdale fourth.
The Bulldogs had the bye in the final round and slipped out of the top-four following wins to the Buks and Cats.
Meanwhile, Grassmere cricketer Craig Spikin's century on the eve of the finals is expected to give the Meerkats a boost.
Meerkats captain Justin Coates said Spikin moved up to number three against Woolsthorpe in the final round after spending most of the season down the batting order.
His unbeaten ton will give him confidence heading into the Meerkats' semi-final against Hawkesdale next weekend.
Opener Michael McCosh is unavailable for the cut-throat clash, forcing Coates to re-think the Meerkats' batting order.
Coates said Grassmere's bowling was the catalyst for its charge up the ladder after missing finals last season.
"Our bowling has picked up a bit and our fielding has picked up a bit with different recruits," he said.
"Braden Hotker and Adam Ryan (have bowled well) and have been well supported by Ben Small and Chris Lenehan on their day."
Finals venues will be determined on Monday night.
