Only half of the state titles could be completed with all water events except the wade relays called off due to unsafe conditions.
That left the beach-based events and the wade relays for the club's members to compete in. But that didn't stop the club's surge towards a considerable medal haul.
The club, which had 60 members compete, secured three gold, three silver and two bronze medals in the altered championships.
Junior competition squad coordinator Travis Madighan said he was proud of the successful weekend despite the change.
"It was fantastic but just unfortunate for the kids who had trained all season to miss their favourite events," he said.
"We are still rapt with results. Across the board we had plenty of top-10 finishes was also fantastic and that comes back to the hard work of the people who help the club each week."
