The Justice of the Peace, celebrant, fellow and publican already has an extensive list of letters after her name but none that describes her ability to pour beers.
The owner of Woolsthorpe’s National Hotel was awarded the Champion of the Championships for Pot Pouring Victoria.
The win was part of the Australian Hotels Association awards in Melbourne on Wednesday night.
Ms Guyett-McQuilton said judges had travelled around Victoria over the past 12 months testing the pours of beers.
“They look for certain things,” she said. “The emblem must be facing the customer, the glass must be held at a 45-degree angle, the glass must never touch the tap and all of this must happen while you’re acknowledging your customer.
“This win belongs to all of Woolsthorpe.”
