Warrnambool police have seized a road bike believed to be stolen and re-painted.

Detective Senior Constable Elissa Smith, of the Warrnambool police crime investigation unit, said police seized a Specialized brand road bike from the Timor Street area about 10am on Thursday.
She said the bike was believed to be a red and black model that had been stolen and painted white.
“We are looking for anyone who might be missing a bike and believe that this could be theirs,” she said.
