The crowdfunding campaign first target was $48,000 which would allow Schulz Organic Dairy to produce 3000 glass bottles a week.
By making this move the Timboon Dairy would save six tonnes of plastic waste per year going to landfill.
The business has now set its sights on raising $144,000 which would them to bottle 10,000 glass bottles a week.
The campaign runs on pozible.com until midnight, August 31.
Earlier this month Schulz Organic Dairy principal Simon Schulz said the community support showed they were heading in the right direction.
