Woman indecently assaulted, man to be interviewed by police
POLICE will interview a man after an 18-year-old woman was indecently assaulted in Portland late Saturday night.

Portland police Sergeant Ray Hastings said the attack happened at 11.30pm as the woman was walking along Bentinck Street near the intersection with Gawler Street.
"She reported that she was indecently assault by a man,” he said.
“Inquiries are pending and anyone with information should contact the Warrnambool Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team at the Warrnambool police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000."
Sergeant Hastings said the woman had been traumatised by what he described as a shocking incident.
He said the woman knows her attacker.
