Sarah Godwin, 29, of Crawley Street, successfully applied for bail in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court.
She will be back in court on July 23.
Magistrate Cynthia Toose said a combination of factors made up the compelling reasons to grant bail.
She said Ms Godwin only had a minor driving prior court appearance, she had good family support from her mother, would be support by the Court Integrated Services Program and had spent 11 days in custody.
The magistrate said if Ms Godwin did not comply with bail she would be back where she had been for more than a week - in custody.
The bail conditions include a 8pm to 7am overnight curfew and Ms Godwin cannot use drugs.
Senior Constable Joe Fisher said he and another officer pulled over Ms Godwin driving along Raglan Parade near Kelp Street at 11.55pm on June 11.
She was searched and found in with .2 grams of ice.
She was breaching her overnight bail curfew.
Ms Godwin was already on bail charged with the burglary and theft of a neighbour’s home in Terang and the retention of stolen goods.
After being pulled over, Senior Constable Fisher also found evidence of ice trafficking on Ms Godwin's mobile phone involving deals up to $450.
