The event was cancelled due to weather conditions.
A Ticketmaster spokeswoman said all refunds were processed on Monday.
She said ticket holders with changed card details were asked to contact Ticketmaster by April 18 to arrange an alternative method of refund.
“If you booked online, over the phone or at a Ticketmaster outlet with a credit card, we’re sending the funds back to the credit card you used to purchase the tickets,” Ticketmaster said in a statement.
“If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets using cash or EFTPOS, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets and the EFTPOS car used if applicable, to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.”
Ticketmaster advised anyone who had received a ticket any other way, including via Ticket Forward, would need to contact the original ticket buyer for their refund.
