The squad will travel to face some of Victoria’s best regional cricket associations in Melbourne beginning on February 19.
Mortlake’s Todd Lamont will lead the squad, with fellow Cat Tyler Schafer joining him.
The Cats skipper commented on the mix of experience and youth in his side.
“We have a fair few new faces and it's probably a little inexperienced,” he said.
“That's just the way it is this year, with a different time slot and a few blokes found it hard to get work off, but everyone that is going is pretty keen to go.
“We are not overly strong in any department, we are more of an all-round squad.
“I think the youth is good for us, they will bring a bit of enthusiasm to the side.”
