Mumbannar fire cause not believed to be suspicious

Detective Senior Constable Jarrod Anderson, of the Portland police crime investigation unit, said the cause of the fire had been investigated by Melbourne-based Country Fire Authority experts and a Victoria Police arson chemist.
"At this stage the cause of the fire is not believed to be suspicious. We are waiting for the CFA and police reports and their findings," he said.
