Mitchell will play his classical guitar at Port Fairy’s Fiddler’s Green from 4.30pm today.
Moyneyana Festival chairman Reg Harry said Mitchell adds another dimension to the entertainment schedule.
“Anthony travels all over the world and he loves coming to Port Fairy,” Mr Harry said.
“He comes to town and sets up and starts playing, he really enjoys it and so do the audience, he is very talented.”
Fiddler’s Green today will also host a Kids Fun Farm from 11am.
Mr Harry said this is the first time the farm has come to the Moyneyana Festival.
“We have events and performers that are regulars year in, year out,” he said.
“And each year we bring in some new things so we keep it fresh.
“We think the Kids Fun Farm will be very popular.”
