Estjam Poll Dorset stud at Woolsthorpe held a successful ram sale this month with all 43 rams selling and a top price of $2100 achieved.

The top priced stud ram, Lot 3, was bought by Brian Gavin of Morgiana, Wannon.
The average price reached for the 43 rams was $851.16.
Many of the rams went to south-west buyers but Estjam gained its first interstate buyer when Estjam 94-16 was sold outside the sale to Andrew O’Neill of Rosbrook Pastoral Co in Queensland.
Mr O’Neil was the losing bidder to Lot 3, but picked up Estjam 94-16, a seven eighth brother to the top priced ram, Lot 3.
A volume buyer was Glen Rowe of Goroke who bought eight including the equal top priced flock ram for $1050.
Estjam is run by Esther Glasgow who has been involved in it since 1998.
