Georgia Mckane, 23, of Wanstead Street, Warrnambool, pleaded guilty in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court to recklessly causing injury and two counts of failing to appear in court.
She was not convicted and fined $1000 but magistrate Ross Maxted said it was McKane's last chance to avoid a conviction in court.
Police said that at 1.15am on January 22 McKane was ejected from the Gallery Nightclub after a minor altercation with a man.
The man called a female friend and told her he had been kicked out.
McKane walked past the couple outside the nightclub, words were exchanged and McKane punched the victim to the lip, causing swelling to the lip and bleeding to the woman's nose.
There was a scuffle involving the trio and security guards from the nightclub got involved.
When interviewed by police, McKane said she had "clothes-lined" the victim and was drunk at the time.
McKane then failed to appear in court during June, a warrant was issued, she failed to appear again in August and a $100 surety was put in place as a bail condition.
She has a prior court appearance for an act of violence.
Defence counsel Belinda Northey said the January offending happened after the breakdown of a relationship and the victim had been seeing McKane's ex-partner.
Mr Maxted said McKane had clearly been reluctant to appear in court and to be dragged in kicking and screaming to a hearing,
He said he saw violence alcohol-related offending regularly as he travelled around Victoria as a magistrate.
He said women fighting women was disgusting behaviour and if people could not control their alcohol consumption they should keep their fists to themselves.
