Sergeant Cameron Ross, of the Warrnambool police divisional response unit, said a search warrant was executed on Wednesday at an address in Camperdown's Harrison Street.
"A 29-year-old woman has been charged with drug offences after we seized between 200 and 300 grams of cannabis," he said.
"She was arrested, interviewed, charged and bailed to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates court on November 27," he said.
