The top-placed Roosters fell to fifth-ranked North Warrnambool Eagles on Sunday, ending a 12-game winning streak in the process.
They will play third-placed Camperdown in the final round before enjoying a week off for winning the minor premiership.
New under 16 outfit Hamilton Kangaroos (second) and Warrnambool (fourth) will also play finals.
The Roos opted to entered a team in the Sunday competition to help fast-track the development of their junior players.
They have won 10 of their 13 matches with Noah Uebergang leading the goalkicking with 44 majors from nine appearances.
The junior finals – for under 16 and under 14 football and 16 and under and 14 and under netball – start on August 6.
