Cheese, coffee, and crepes were all created by festival-goers, under the watchful eyes of talented locals.
Skilled south-west residents were also featured in a moving film festival which saw locally made movies screened on the walls of historic Port Fairy buildings via a projector mounted on a bicycle.
Committee member Gareth Colliton said the weather limited the number of people who followed the projector around town, but lots of people stopped to watch a film or two.
“Some of the feedback was exceptionally nice, with some people saying they were quite moved to local footage projected on to local building as it added an extra element to it,” Colliton said.
There are also a couple of projectors hidden around town during the Winter Weekends, including one that projects your face on to a tree, which is proving popular.
The remaining festivals are on July 7-9 and July 21-23.
