The group of enthusiastic choristers will join the Echoes of Pink Floyd band on stage during a concert at Warrnambool’s Lighthouse Theatre.
The two-hour production will feature the group singing a medley from Pink Floyd’s 1979 album The Wall.
Emmanuel College musical director Maria Carras-Kerr said the performance allowed the group to test a previously unexplored attitude.
“It’s a different experience for this school choir,” she said. “It’s a different era than what they’re used to and an attitude they’re unfamiliar with.”
Ms Carras-Kerr said the adaptation had been true to the original album.
“There’s been no change to the original key despite being sung by young people, the group have just had to adapt.”
Echoes of Pink Floyd will perform on stage at Warrnambool’s Lighthouse Theatre Saturday 17 June.
