Fleming is back in the Dogs’ top job after a year on the sidelines and is attempting to guide the club to a third straight premiership.
“We’ve met as a group and we have set the sights back on finals again,” she said.
“We’ll have to wait and see what everybody else has done in the off-season but we’re feeling good with how we’ve gone about it.
“It’s absolutely exciting that we’ve got the 2015 girls back after their babies and we’ve also got a good chunk of our premiership team from last year back.”
Jess Haberfield, Rebecca Madden and Vicky Lumsden are gearing up to make their return to the sport after giving birth last year.
On top of this, Dennington has retained outgoing premiership coach Katie Burt in a playing capacity.
Burt said her main aim was to provide support to Fleming and understood the positive impact fresh eyes could have on a side vying for success.
She said she was excited to continue playing without the added responsibility of coaching the side.

Prediction
Nick Ansell says: No beating around the bush, Dennington is poised for another premiership tilt. It has regained key players and will be buoyed by an already strong list. The Dogs will be expected to crack the top five comfortably and will be a serious contender yet again.
