An array of voices will band together in a Raising the Rafters event at the Crossley venue in a bid to raise money to replace the water-damaged roof.
Organiser Philip Shaw said the historic building was more than just an old church.
“Since the Catholic church divested the building years ago, St Brigid’s has become a community arts hub and it’s important the repairs are done properly,” Mr Shaw said.
“Water damage has meant there is quite a bit of restoration work needed.”
The six acts scheduled to perform at the event come from various south-west vocal groups and will perform an array of music genres.
“There will be contemporary music, gospel, world music, and art music,” Mr Shaw said.
“The key thing is the concert will be completely unaccompanied ... no microphones, no instruments – just human voice.”
