When Shirl McCosker put the call out for volunteers to help rebuild the hay bale truck destroyed by fire, he was overwhelmed with the response. About 20 people, some he didn’t even know, turned out on Sunday to help with the reconstruction project which took five hours. About $200 was spent replacing the truck lights and features, and hay bales worth $1000 were donated. The display, promoting the Koroit Truck Show, was set alight on Friday.
