She will take a commanding 29-shot lead into the final round after extending her buffer on Wednesday.
Flaherty fired a third-round 77 for a combined total of 233.
Second-placed Di Robinson shot 81, to take her tally to 262.
Alison Sinclair (268) finished with 89 on day three.
The B grade race is a close affair, with Alana Ellery (298), Betty Holscher (300), Anne Hunt (301), Gail Holland (304), Alexis Creed (314) and Jenny Bullivant (315) all in contention.
Pam Arklay (342) has a 10-shot lead over Lori Adams.
May Blake is a further 10 shots off the pace.
The men’s and women’s titles will be decided on Sunday. Teenager Caleb Perry holds a six-shot buffer in A grade at the halfway mark of the competition.
