Benjamin Price, 23, of Coolibah Court, appeared in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Friday after being arrested earlier that day.
In court he did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody by magistrate Peter Mellas until a consolidated plea hearing on June 17.
He has also been interviewed in relation to other matters and indicated through solicitor Belinda Northey he would plead guilty to those charges as well.
Mr Price is also expected to plead guilty to breaching a community corrections order.
His wide range of charges involve a number of briefs of evidence and include drug offences, threats, driving matters, theft, fail to answer bail and causing damage.
The magistrate was told by Ms Northey that her client has a number of custody management issues including an intellectual disability and Mr Price is withdrawing from ice use.
Mr Mellas told Mr Price it was hoped that all his criminal matters could be finalised on June 17.
