Weir, who is attempting to win the race for a third consecutive time, nominated the last-start Terang Cup-winner Master Zephyr, Falago and Master Of Arts in the feature flat race of the three-day May Racing Carnival.
Top trainers Robert Smerdon, Gai Waterhouse, Tony McEvoy and Michael Moroney also have horses among the 25 entries in the cup.
Fourteen horses were entered for next Thursday's Grand Annual Steeplechase when nominations closed.
The time-honored Wangoom Handicap has attracted 38 entries, while the Galleywood Hurdle received 18 nominations, including the highly-rated Gingerboy.
Acceptances for Wednesday's meeting close at 9.00am on Monday. Fields for Thursday's race meeting close at 10.00 am on Monday.
