Its Blue and Gold sides will play in division one, with another team in division two.
South West, Wimmera-Mallee, West Wimmera, Hamilton, Horsham and Colac, a new entrant to the competition, are also represented in the top tier.
Dennington’s Nick King and Allansford’s Hugh McCluggage have Western Waves’ state duties and will be restricted to three Country Week appearances each.
Six teams are contesting division two, eliminating a bye. Grassmere, South West, Casterton, Colac and Portland join Warrnambool.
The tournament runs from January 5 to 9.
