Jade Simpson, 40, of Princes Highway, appeared in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday for a bail application after he was picked up by police three times in one day for driving an unregistered car and breaching bail on August 23.
Magistrate Michael Coghlan noted that the accused had been given a three-month suspended sentence in September last year for the attempted theft of a vehicle.
“Unless there is other information you can present to the court today I would have to send you to jail for at least three months,” he said. Mr Simpson was bailed to reappear in court on September 1.
