Detective Senior Constable Wayne Ryan, of the Warrnambool crime investigation unit, said two men and a woman were alleged to have attended an address in Townsend Street about 1.30am Sunday.
He said it was alleged two people entered the house and removed a 32-inch LCD television and a mobile telephone valued at $1150.
The three have been bailed to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on October 13. Police described the theft as opportunistic.
