A problem with a power pole at Cecil Place cut supply from 8pm to 2am for almost 2180 customers.
A Powercor spokesman said workers remotely rerouted supply for most customers overnight and the final nine customers were to be restored yesterday.
In January the energy network operator apologised to Port Fairy residents for three outages in less than a week.
