Changes to the board, including shrinking it from nine to five members as well as including Saputo chief executive Lino Saputo Jr, will be considered at the company's general meeting on May 9.
Saputo's executive vice-president of finance and administration Louis-Philippe Carrire will also seek nomination alongside chairman Terry Richardson and director Bruce Vallance, both dairy farmers.
WCB director Neville Fielke is also seeking re-election.
Saputo holds an 87.92 per cent majority sharehold since launching a takeover bid for the dairy processor last year.
