Lawn clippings and large branches were unloaded, blocking access to a paddock.
“These people have no respect for other people’s property,” she said. “How are we supposed to get access if we need to feed the cattle?
“Two young guys in a ute dumped this yesterday.”
Mrs Fleming, who also offers bed and breakfast accommodation on the property, said Wiggs Lane was increasingly becoming a dumping place.
“You’d be amazed at what gets thrown along the roadside and it blows all over the place,” she said.
“We are all sick of it and it’s an embarrassment when visitors arrive.
“There are bluestone pitchers, garden clippings and various items of household rubbish dumped. Neighbours sometimes contact Moyne Shire Council and someone cleans it up. But that costs money for the shire.”
Mrs Fleming said Wiggs Lane also needed urgent attention to repair the badly-corrugated surface.
“It’s a popular short-cut between Hopkins Highway and the Princes Highway,” she said. “It needs to be sealed. More and more houses are being built out this way. Recent traffic counts shows 200 vehicles a day using it.”
