The Crabs have already claimed first innings points after a dominant display on day one last Saturday.
Mailors Flat managed just 46 runs on its home ground but could not stop the Crabs piling on 4/107 and a big first innings lead.
The game will resume with Mailors Flat on 1/50 in their second innings, still 11 runs behind Killarney.
Captain of Killarney Brett Halliwell only had to call on three of his bowlers last week with Daniel Jones (five wickets) Brayden Buchanan (four) and Peter Hickey (one) doing the damage.
Halliwell said while these three would again play a key role today he also had a number of other options including his own medium pacers and the leg spin of Joel Henry.
“We have some good depth in our bowling and we will make the changes as we need,” Halliwell said.
“We will be trying to bowl them out but getting an outright is never easy so we will need to bowl well.
“The race for a place in the top four is going to be tight so we bowled first last week to give ourselves a chance at some bonus points so it would be great to get an outright if we could.”
The Crabs are fourth on the ladder having won their last four games, a big turn around after losing their opening three games of the season.
In other round 11 games Yambuk will be out to keep its perfect record in place for 2013/14 when it takes to the batting crease against Panmure.
Last week the Bulldogs had a day out with the bat scoring 287 with Chris Bant making a slashing 138.
The Buks will resume today at 1/32 having already lost captain Daniel Oakley and with star batsman Steve Gleeson out injured.
In other games Purnim claimed first innings points against Hawkesdale and it leads by 47 runs with all 10 second wicket innings in hand.
And Grassmere goes into day two of its game against Wangoom in a position of strength, having knocked over the Wangoom batting line up last week for 138.
Grassmere will take to the batting crease today with 1/20 next to its name and with an opportunity to grab a win and strengthen its place in the top two.
