Kaeding, 35, will return Down Under 12 months after scoring his first win on Australian soil in the Australian-American Challenge, part of the 2013 Classic.
The third-generation driver executed a last-lap pass on Steven Lines to claim the night one feature and backed up by finishing fourth in the main event.
He achieved the results driving for West Australian team Krikke Motorsport. But next month he will instead pilot the N99 for Singleton owner Sean Dyson.
Kaeding left Krikke Motorsport to drive full-time in the World of Outlaws in 2013 — a decision which proved worthwhile.
He scored nine World of Outlaws feature wins, 26 top-five finishes and one quick time award.
Kaeding will arrive in Australia on January 14 with well-regarded crew chief Davey Jones.
His nomination means 81 drivers, including 15 Americans, have signed up for the Classic, which will be run for the first time over three nights from January 24 to 26.
Kaeding will also contest the President’s Cup at Avalon on January 22 and the King’s Challenge at Mount Gambier on January 23.
