The Seagulls defeated Koroit 36-29 in the grand final on Saturday to win the club's second netball premiership, adding to the one they won in B grade back in 2006.
Port Fairy finished the home-and-away season on top of the ladder with 15 wins and then went straight through to the grand final with a one-goal second-semi final win over South Warrnambool.
The last hurdle, a grand final match-up with Koroit, was one the Seagulls were able to leap with great aplomb with a fast start laying the foundation for victory.
The Seagulls burst out of the blocks with an 11-5 first quarter and were able to extend that to 20-13 at half-time.

From this point on Koroit was able to match the scoring of Port Fairy but never looked like bridging the gap and stealing the game.
Port Fairy coach Alanha Edwards paid tribute to her players .
"We got off to a good start," she said. "It was the girls' mind set. They were just so determined.
"I think just how much of a team they are, how close they are to each other, really makes a difference. Our attacking end was magnificent and obviously to get the turnovers the defence did an awesome job. Across the court it was just a huge team effort."
The Seagulls had been knocked out in the preliminary final last season and Edwards said that was a motivating factor coming into 2013.
For Port Fairy dynamic wing attack Elise Woods was a star with her efforts winning her the best on court medal.
She teamed well with her sister Stacey Dwyer in the centre while goal shooters Bridget O'Dwyer and Grace White got the job done in the goal ring.
In defence the standout for the Seagulls was goal keeper Kristy Pruin while for the Saints league best and fairest Kylie Grayland was named as their best player.
