Mortlake police Senior Constable Justin Rasmussen said the 64-year-old woman was travelling south-west along the Darlington-Terang Road near Kolora about 3pm when a deflated front driver-side tyre caused her vehicle to leave the road and collide with a stone wall.
"As a result her Toyota four-wheel-drive rolled over twice," he said.
"She was taken by ambulance to the Terang hospital for treatment."
The accident happened about one kilometre south-west of Moloney's Road.
