The infamous 2018 chapter in the royal family's internal feud was detailed in Prince Harry's recently released memoir, Spare.
In it, the Duke of Sussex claimed Kate texted Meghan just a few days ahead of the 2018 wedding with issues surrounding daughter Charlotte's dress.
According to Harry's book, Middleton complained: "Charlotte's dress is too big, too long, too baggy. She cried when she tried it on at home."
Harry wrote that his then fiance replied: "Right, and I told you the tailor has been standing by since 8am. Here. At KP. Can you take Charlotte to have it altered, as the other mums are doing?"

Kate reportedly responded that "all the dresses need to be remade".
The exchange continued with no love lost between the pair, eventually ending, according to Spare, with Meghan texting: "I'm not sure what else to say. If the dress doesn't fit, then please take Charlotte to see Ajay. He's been waiting all day."
To which Kate reportedly responded: "Fine."
