Opals forward Bec Allen has sustained no structural damage from the hit that left her in need of medical attention during Australia's basketball World Cup win over Serbia.

Allen came off after landing awkwardly on her ankle in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game but returned to play, only to reel out of a contest for the ball minutes later, clutching her side.
Paramedics attended to Allen, who was struggling to breathe, and pushed her out of Qudos Bank Arena in a wheelchair as walking was causing her pain.
After the 69-54 win, Opals coach Sandy Brondello said she was prepared for the possibility Allen could miss game time with what was thought to be a rib injury.
But on Monday, the Opals confirmed Allen had been cleared of serious damage.
"Bec took a solid hit to the upper body during the Serbian game last night," a team statement read.
"She has been assessed by our medical team and has no apparent structural damage. She is with the team and is in good spirits. She will continue to be monitored."
Allen was ruled out of Monday's clash with Canada and replaced by Sara Blicavs in the starting five.
