A woman has been flown to The Royal Melbourne hospital in a serious condition after the car she was driving collided with a truck near Naringal East on Monday.

Warrnambool highway patrol Acting Sergeant Uwe Stolzenberg said a 63-year-old woman from Naringal was travelling west on the Cobden-Warrnambool Road when her car collided with the back of a semi-trailer carrying hay about 10.50am.
Acting Sergeant Uwe Stolzenberg said the truck had been turning off the road when the accident happened, and it was believed the woman was travelling about 100kmh before impact.
The woman was trapped for some time before she was freed and sustained serious injuries to her legs.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said that woman was in a serious but stable condition.
Cobden, Port Campbell and Terang police responded as well as CFA and SES units.
Terang SES arrived on scene about 11.10am and were forced to peel back the roof to help extricate her from the vehicle.
Anyone who may have witnessed the event or has dashcam footage should call Crime Stoppers.
