Port Campbell police spent their Christmas weekend handing out fines and infringements and suspending licences after observing numerous instances of poor driver behaviour.
A Port Campbell police spokesperson said four speeding motorists were intercepted on the weekend along the Great Ocean Road including three females travelling at 122, 126 and 128 km/hr and a male clocked at 127 km/h.

Police also issued an infringement to motorists driving on Peterborough Beach on Christmas day.
"Some Melbourne people came down for the day and thought it would be a good idea to take their brand new Ford Ranger ute on the beach and drive through the shallow water," the spokesperson said.
"They ended up getting bogged in the water and after half an hour of being in the drink, several people assisted in pulling them out."
An L-plate driver from Melbourne was also nabbed driving at the 12 Apostles without an accompanying driver yesterday afternoon.
