It comes as new COVID-19 cases were detected in the south-west region overnight.
There are currently 29 active cases being monitored by South West Healthcare:
- 23 active cases in Warrnambool
- Seven active cases in Moyne Shire
- One active case in Glenelg Shire
Two people have been cleared of COVID-19.
SWH's testing centre and vaccination centre remain open tomorrow, with bookings highly recommended as the region's health services join others in the state experiencing a pre-Christmas surge in testing.

Overseeing the region's vaccine rollout is Barwon Health.
The service's Barwon South West Public Health Unit Director Professor Eugene Athan urged anyone who had their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine more than five months ago to book in for a booster shot as soon as possible.
"A COVID-19 booster dose helps prevent waning immunity and increased protection against COVID-19," Professor Athan said.
"Eligible people will receive the Pfizer vaccine as their booster dose. They can safely get this Pfizer booster dose regardless of which COVID-19 vaccine they received for their initial doses.
"A booster dose is an essential part of the vaccine schedule and will continue to protect you, your loved ones and your community against COVID-19."
In the past week from December 13-21 South West Healthcare administered more than 2600 booster dose vaccinations, and 100 dose two vaccinations.
"This is a very positive response from the local community," Professor Athan said.
He said there is currently adequate vaccine supply for the booster campaign and booster appointments will be opened in line with those in the south-west due for a booster.
"The team at South West Healthcare and the Barwon South West Public Health Unit are currently planning and preparing for the surge in demand during January when more people are eligible for their booster dose and children aged 5-11 become eligible."
The Warrnambool Vaccination Centre will be opened Thursday December 23 from 8.30am to 5pm.
SWH will bring forward the reopening of its vaccination centres over the Christmas holidays to January 7 in Warrnambool and January 13 in Camperdown.
