Michelle Finck and Remy Grant will co-coach the Tigers replacing Lauren Hockley who will continue to be heavily involved in club's netball program.
Finck, who will lead from the sidelines, is back in the top job after mentoring the Tigers solo in 2016 and 2017.
She has continued to coach Portland junior teams and the division one side which consistently played finals in recent seasons.
Grant, who is in her mid-20s, will be a playing coach.
"This year and last year as well, Lauren Hockley and I have been looking to develop our younger coaches through the ranks," Finck said.
Grant, a mid-courter, was an assistant to Hockley this year and led Portland training sessions throughout the campaign.
Finck will also co-coach the division one side with Jacci Piergrosse.
She believes there's great value in being across both teams so she can promote young talent and those who deserve a call-up.
"Especially with training, you train together so then everyone knows where everyone is at and who's ready to come up," she said.
Finck said she was excited to coach with Grant as she coached her in juniors and is keen to see how Grant has progressed with her coaching.
Finck is optimistic about the Tigers' 2022 campaign.
She felt they were competitive this year and have some exciting junior players coming through.
Senior pre-season starts at Hanlon Park Tuesday January 4 and is on every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter.
