It's up against the 2021 Head QLD State Age tournament in Queensland and the 2020 City of Joondalup Junior Hardcourt Tournament in Western Australia.
It's comes after WLTC won most outstanding tournament at the Victorian Tennis Awards for its 2020 Warrnambool Lawn Open at a ceremony in October.
WLTC celebrated the 70th anniversary of its Labour Day long weekend tournament in 2020.
