Remote working environments haven't altered the quality of work provided by a south-west law firm which has again been recognised on an international scale.
Warrnambool's Madden Lawyers' personal injuries department and its leader Gary Foster have been included in the rankings of the prestigious Doyles Guide.
It's the sixth consecutive year the firm has been recommended in the Workcover category, and the fourth for the motor vehicle accident category.
Mr Foster said it was an honour to be recognised by his peers in the industry and thanked his team for their "continued high quality work ethic and the attention and care given to their clients".
'We understand that clients are often contacting us when something life-changing has happened and might feel uncertain about their options," he said.
'We are upfront from the get-go, we can clarify if they will have a successful claim promptly and, if they do have a claim, we clearly explain the steps we will take to process their claim.
"I commend our team on keeping up our high standard of work over the course of the year particularly during the remote work environment impacted by COVID lockdowns, regardless of where our clients live. Our use of web conferencing allowed us to help without necessarily meeting in person."
