An elderly man who was injured at the rodeo event at Warrnambool Showgrounds on Saturday night is recovering well in hospital, organisers say.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed the man, believed to be in his late 60s, was treated by paramedics for upper body and leg injuries.

The man was employed by Woodall Rodeo Productions, helping to manage its bulls and bucking broncs.
Warrnambool Showgrounds secretary Jenni Strain said he was injured after a bull knocked him against a fence.
"He was standing in the area where the bulls come out of the arena but the bull came back through and knocked into him," she said.
The man was knocked out, but had regained consciousness by the time paramedics arrived.
"We had onsite first aid, who were there within seconds," Ms Strain said. "It was only a few minutes before the paramedics arrived."
The man also suffered a torn calf and broken collarbone, but is reportedly set on appearing at the next Warrnambool rodeo in 2023.
Ms Strain said the crowd at the event had been very well behaved.
"Security didn't have to eject anybody, which is incredible for a crowd that size," she said.
She said a few riders had received minor injuries, but all animals had got through the event unscathed.
