"It's the most positive day as far as events in the past 20 months go for the club."
Premier Speedway general manager David Mills has been delighted by the opening morning of ticket sales for this summer's events.
Tickets for the first four meetings, including the 49th South West Conveyancing Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic, went online at 10am Tuesday.
"Ticket sales have been quite strong in the first 35 minutes which tells me there's an appetite there and people want to get back to Speedway," Mills said.

He noted 95 per cent of season ticket-holders - who have reserved seating in the grandstand or terrace - had jumped back on board.
Mills senses fans have confidence there's going to be a full season and he said it was now up to the club to deliver.
The action starts with Max's Race on December 18 before the Victorian Sprintcar Title and final round of the Speedway Australia SA-VIC State Series on January 1.
Speedcars, Wingless Sprints and Formula 500s is on Sunday January 9 and the Classic is January 21-23.
Tickets for the rest of the season will go online on January 4.
Mills said it was satisfying for the club to get to this point another tough coronavirus pandemic-impacted year.
"There's been a lot planing and re-planning, a lot of uncertainty and further uncertainty about what the size of those events could be," he said.
"It's exciting and a reward for the hard work of club members, the board and everyone out here."
Mills said crowds would essentially be at full capacity and patrons must be fully vaccinated.
He was quick to note the club would still have numerous COVIDSafe provisions in place.
They include QR code check-in on arrival and asking people to wear masks where they can't socially distance.
There'll also be restrictions related to the cross-over between the public and pit area.
And a curfew in regards to how long people can stay after the races.
Mills anticipates the majority of drivers based in the nation's east will come to the events.
It's remains a waiting game when it comes to internationals and drivers from states like Western Australia due to current border restrictions.
Mills said the club was well aware border restrictions could change overnight.
"Hopefully we see some internationals, if not we've got an abundance of local talent," he said.
The club's annual general meeting will be held on December 1 at Allansford Hall at 7.30pm.
"It's generally well-attended by a lot club officials and members, it's traditionally a meeting held in September so it'll be nice to tick that box and get that out of the way and forge ahead with planning," Mills said.
Premier Speedway held a Fifty for 50 weekend in January this year which was limited to 3000 patrons.
