The Bombers have re-signed Jayden Watson in a blow for the Hampden league powerhouse.
Watson landed at the Saints in 2016 after a two-season stint as a senior player with Hamilton Kangaroos after originally crossing from Penshurst.
Penshurst coach Cameron Penny said the club was delighted to re-sign one of its own.
We're thrilled to have him on board. He's played in a handful of Hampden league premierships and his footy credentials speak for themselves

"We're thrilled to have him on board. He's played in a handful of Hampden league premierships and his footy credentials speak for themselves," he said.
"That's going to be really important for our young group."
Penny said Watson's professionalism would be a welcome addition.
"We're really looking for Jayden to help set the standard and drive the standards, I suppose, with the level of professionalism that he's come from at Koroit," he said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"We want him to be that lead-by-example player through the midfield.
"He's a big, strong, dominant midfielder so that'll be a real added bonus."
Penny said the club was relishing the prospect of an uninterrupted season after two COVID-affected campaigns.
He said pursuing players with a past connection to the club was forming the basis of its list and recruiting strategy for 2022.
